Pork, apricot & black pudding terrine with red onion & whisky chutney & toast

Crispy tempura prawns, sweet chilli sauce & sesame seeds

Confit duck & hoi sin, cucumber & spring onion salad

Traditional roast turkey, pig in blanket, our stuffing, roast potatoes & rich gravy

Chestnut roast, topped with Welsh rarebit & a creamy wild mushroom sauce

Roast topside of beef, our Yorkshire pudding & a smoked bacon, red wine & mushroom sauce

Our fish pie- Salmon, smoked mackerel, prawns & scallops, topped with chive & parmesan mash

Char grilled pork chop, spiced apple chutney & a cider sauce

Grilled black pudding & chorizo, smoked bacon rosti, mustard dressing & a free range poached egg

Gala melon, mint & cucumber salad, with balsamic sorbet & winter berries

Medley of smoked fish- Mackerel, salmon & scallops with watercress & a chive Hollandaise

A little game pie- cooked in red wine, finished with puff pastry

Intermediate

Lemon sorbet with champagne foam

Welsh fillet steak, shallot, mushroom & port sauce, resting on chive & pancetta mash

Roast monk fish in Parma ham, with a garden pea & parmesan risotto
